Abstract
Idiopathic
pulmonary
fibrosis
(IPF)
is
a
highly
debilitating
and
fatal
chronic
lung
disease
that
difficult
to
cure
clinically.
IPF

affects
patient
quality
of
life

Oxidative
stress

believed

important
pathological
mechanisms
underlying
the

fibrogenesis

we
combined
astragaloside
IV
(AS-IV)

(LIG)
based
on
fundamental
theory
traditional
Chinese
medicine
(TCM)
“tonifying
qi
activating
blood”
loaded
these
drugs
onto
nanoparticles
(AS_LIG@PPGC
NPs)
were
inhalable
could
penetrate
mucosal
barrier.
Our
results
suggested
inhalation

NPs
significantly
improved
bleomycin-induced
injury
regulating
