In recent years, the biological synthesis of silver nanoparticles has captured researchers' attention due to their unique chemical, physical and properties. this study, we report an efficient, nonhazardous, eco-friendly method for production antibacterial silver/silver chloride utilizing leaf extract Stachys emodi. The se-Ag/AgClNPs was confirmed using UV-visible spectroscopy, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD). An intense peak absorbance observed at 437 nm from analysis. emodi showed highest activity (89.4%). FTIR analysis detected various bands that indicated presence important functional groups. SEM morphological study revealed spherical-shaped having a size ranging 20 70 nm. XRD pattern formation spherical crystal NPs. performed against Erwinia carotovora maximum inhibition by centrifuged alone (se-Ag/AgClNPs) in combination with (se-Ag/AgClNPs + LE) (LE) 98%, 93%, 62% respectively. These findings suggested biosynthesized NPs can be used control plant pathogens effectively.

Drought is one of the most important wheat production limiting factor, and can lead to severe yield losses. This study was designed examine effect drought stress on physiology morphology under three different field capacities (FC) viz. 80% (control), 50% (moderate) 30% (severe stress) in a diverse collection germplasm including cultivars, landraces, synthetic hexaploid their derivatives. Traits like grain weight, thousand weight biomass were reduced by 38.23%, 18.91% 26.47% respectively at FC, whereas reduction rate for these traits FC 19.57%, 8.88% 18.68%. In principal component analysis (PCA), first two components PC1 PC2 accounted 58.63% total variation separated cultivars landraces from synthetic-based germplasm. Landraces showed wide range phenotypic variations compared improved cultivars. To overcome malnutrition, biofortification cereal crops believed be good approach increase nutrient contents in our daily The purpose current study was therefore investigate effect foliar applied copper and boron alone combination with Trichoderma harzianum on yield attributes, grain quality, wheat. Wheat plants were treated or without T. harzianum. treatments included Cu (0.05 M), (0.1 harzianum, M)/T. B M)/B along control set for comparison. Results revealed significant enhancement different studied growth traits including plant height, spike length, kernels per spike, harvest index, chlorophyll content. In addition, this also enriched wheat grains various micro/macronutrients Cu, Fe, Zn, K, P.
