Abstract Drought is a predominant environmental stress that limits plant growth and yield. Biostimulants including moringa ( Moringa oleifera Lam.) seed extract (MSE) can alleviate adverse responses triggered by drought stress. Nonetheless, there limited information regarding the functions of MSE in promoting tolerance plants. Consequently, current study investigated effect on enhancement cancer bush Lessertia frutescens L.) plants under deficit irrigation (DI). The 6% foliar spray was applied to subject standard (80% soil water holding capacity; SWHC) (DI) (60% terracotta pots experiment which conducted twice sequentially tunnel. Plants were not treated with used as control. application effectively alleviated improving yield characteristics, photosynthesis attributes, soluble protein proline contents. mitigated lipid oxidation (malondialdehyde; MDA) affected enhanced antioxidant enzyme activities. These results demonstrated Therefore, an economical eco-friendly biostimulant for enhancing performances

Sustainable agriculture is a global imperative to meet the challenges of food security and environmental protection. Plant Growth-Promoting Bacteria (PGPB) have emerged as key players in sustainable agricultural practices due their diverse roles enhancing plant growth, nutrient uptake, stress tolerance, disease resistance. This review explores facts about PGPB potential applications agriculture. The begins by elucidating mechanisms underlying PGPB-plant interactions, including phytohormone production, solubilization, biocontrol activities. delves into intricate signalling networks involved PGPB-induced systemic In addition, this discusses pivotal role PGPBs mitigating abiotic stresses such drought, salinity, heavy metal toxicity, highlighting contributions climate-resilient ecological implications application are discussed, emphasizing need for responsible environmentally friendly practices. Furthermore, use holds great promise addressing sustainability. provides comprehensive overview multiple roles, action, PGPB, while importance sound approaches realizing full resilient future.

Abstract Background Natural and synthetic plant growth regulators are essential for health, likewise these also play a role in increasing organic production productivity improving quality yield stability. In the present study, we have evaluated effects of foliar applied regulators, i.e., moringa leaf extract (MLE) mepiquat chloride (MC) alone combination MC MLE on conventional cotton cultivar (CIM 573) transgenic one 598). The were at start bloom, 45 90 days after blooming. Results application blooming significantly improved relative rate, net assimilation number bolls per plant, seed yield. Likewise, combined boosted nitrogen uptake locules, as well phosphorus potassium leaves both cultivars. has considerably leaves, contents locules Bt Similarly, treated with produced higher ginning out turn oil contents. Treatment (MLE + MC) micronaire value, fiber strength, staple length cultivar. Conclusion natural enhancer, is rich source minerals zeatin, nutrient absorption

Spring Onion (Allium fistulosum), is a perennial plant and native of Eastern Asia. It rich in vitamins A K, iron, calcium, dietary fiber, which contribute to various health benefits, blood pressure cholesterol levels improve regulation. The study aims evaluate the response spring onion different concentration bio-stimulant. Around 160 plants were utilized as planting materials. Before planting, extra leaves cut around 3 inches roots trimmed off too. was conducted at School Agriculture, University Negros Occidental–Recoletos, Philippines using Complete Randomized Design (CRD). All data gathered statistically computed, subjected ANOVA STAR 2.0.1. experiment has four treatments: 0%, 20%, 30%, 40% BSS, respectively, replicated times. Results indicate that application 30% BSS significantly enhances height 32.02cm higher by 2.09cm for those with 0% 29.93 cm only, On number slips, greater slips 3.42 against 2.17 only. Biomass accumulation highly significant 3,375.00kg/ha 1,562.50kg/ha BSS. total yield 3,000.00kg/ha 1,437.50kg/ha Based on these findings, recommended optimize some agronomic attributes onions.
