Abstract Cadmium toxicity in the soil is an alarming issue, and among innumerable approaches, microbe-facilitated nanoparticle application for alleviation of Cd stress a well-accepted technique. The present study explored efficiency combined TiO 2 -NPs Staphylococcus aureus M1 strains mitigation wheat plants. Results depicted that attenuates growth attributes while collective NPs microbes significantly upsurges as contrasted to treatment. Combined increased total chlorophyll (12), (10), b (11), carotenoids (13%) under (50 mg kg − 1 ) compared microbial MDA (4), H O (3), EL (5%) were down-regulated with CAT (17), SOD (7), POD (8), APX (29%) comparison accumulation roots (34), shoots (23), grains (27%) reduced application, contrary Subsequently, sustainable solution boost crop production stress.
