Background: Bone malignancies (BM), including osteosarcoma, Ewing’s sarcoma, chondrosarcoma, and chordoma, are characterized by high rates of recurrence mortality, despite the availability diverse treatment approaches. Immunotherapy has gained increasing importance in cancer treatment. However, there is a lack comprehensive studies that utilize bibliometric analysis to explore immunotherapy for BM. Methods: A literature search English on BM from 2010 2023 was conducted Web Science Core Collection database. Bibliometric tools such as VOSviewer, CiteSpace, R Studio were utilized examine global trends research hotspots this field. Results: total 719 eligible articles, 528 original articles 191 reviews, analyzed. The number publications shown an trend over past 14 years, particularly last 5 years. majority published topic originated China (284 articles), followed United States Japan. institution with highest citations University Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (30 articles; 1638 citations). Dean A. Lee (12 articles) Richard Gorlick (576 citations) authors contribution terms article count citation count, respectively. Among these journals, Frontiers Oncology had (39 while Journal Clinical (1878 Additionally, been shift keywords “antitumor activity” “NK cells” popular topics “PD-L1,” “open label,” “single arm.” Conclusion: better understanding current status prospects crucial rationale selection appropriate patients immunotherapy. This study expected help clinical physicians researchers gain insights into developmental immunotherapy, providing practical guidance application patients.

Although great progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) recent years, its morbidity mortality are still relatively high. In this study, we explain that function Sestrin2 gene Anxiety Depression Myocardial possible mechanism. 26 patients with (ADMI) normal volunteers were collected from our hospital. All mice anaesthetized using 50 mg/kg pentobarbital sodium left anterior descending arteries (LAD) ligated to induce infarction. H9c2 cells stimulated 5% oxygen (O2) carbon dioxide (CO2) 90% N2 for 24 h. The serum expression ADMI was up-regulated. up-regulation reduced collagen I/II KEAP1 mRNA expressions, increased GPX4 Nrf2 expressions vitro model AMI. Down-regulation decreased These data confirmed inflammation ferroptosis by LKB1-mediated AMPK activation. This infers is potential target be used premature

Mobile health applications (apps) have gained significant popularity and widespread utilization among patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects mHealth apps on clinical outcomes behaviors in CHD. Databases were searched from inception until December 2023,including Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, Web Science, CINAHL, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese BioMedical Literature Service System (SinoMed), Wanfang Data, Science Technology Journal Database (VIP), for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) regarding effectiveness Two researchers conducted a thorough review literature, extracting relevant data evaluating each study's methodological quality separately. meta-analysis was performed utilizing Review Manager v5.4 software. A total 34 RCTs included, 5319 participants. findings demonstrated that could decrease incidence major adverse cardiac events (RR = 0.68, P < 0.02), readmission rate 0.56, 0.001), cholesterol (WMD −0.19, 0.03), triglycerides −0.24, waist circumference −1.92, 0.01), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score −6.70, Depression −7.87, 0.001). Nevertheless, there no proof lower low-density lipoprote cholesterol, blood pressure, BMI, or other indicator (P > 0.05). potential MACEs, rates, lipids help enhance function, promote adherence, alleviate symptoms anxiety depression. To further corroborate these results, larger-scale, multi-center longer follow-up periods are needed.

But few studies have examined both together, little known about them among inpatients with CHD less developed areas China. Therefore, this study aimed to assess HRQoL status Lanzhou from Northwest China, identify factors that affect their HRQoL.A cross‑sectional was conducted 224 at one major hospital. Sociodemographic data information were collected by face-to-face using a structured questionnaire also obtained patient medical records. measured Sickness Impact Profile (SIP). Family APGAR index. Multiple binary logistic regression analysis (MBLRA) used explore potential risk associated HRQoL, Pearson's correlations relationship between HRQoL.The overall, physical psychosocial SIP scores 25.03 ± 8.52, 18.61 9.90 28.08 9.64, respectively. The total score 6.11 2.45. MBLRA found older age, poorer cardiac function more severe while better functioning, higher monthly income, urban living HRQoL. weakly moderately correlated HRQoL.Older affluent lower educational level, support poorest quality life, health care providers should consider interventions them.

There is a vast amount of evidence-based medicine research on the major depressive disorder (MDD) available in literature, however, no studies overall performance, productivity and impact such have been published to date. This study explored mapped outputs MDD-related systematic reviews meta-analyses (SR/MA) from bibliometric perspective.Relevant data were retrieved with search terms MDD, review meta-analysis.A total 4,870 papers 365,402 citations 1983 2022 included analysis. The publication output has grown steadily over time most publications originating USA (1,020; 20.94%), UK (516; 10.60%) China (448; 9.20%). collaborations between countries frequent (266; 5.46%).
