Abstract Academic resiliency is the ability of students to cope with and overcome setbacks chronic difficulties, specifically in school context. Previously conducted studies have discovered that academically resilient tend be more engaged academics than their counterparts. Attending university is a time of considerable change, and there are rising concerns about the mental health well-being students, leading to calls for whole-university approach student support. En estudio participaron total 1605 diferentes universidades españolas, edades comprendidas 17 25 años (M = 19.59, DT 1.75), siendo 66.3% mujeres, 31.7% hombres 2% indicó su género. Se utilizaron instrumentos: Cuestionario Experiencias Relacionadas (CERI), Escala Ansiedad Social para Adolescentes (SAS-A) Experiencia Ciberostracismo Adolescentes. Objective: This study addressed two research questions: (1) What is the feasibility of embedding curricular resilience micro-interventions across campus at a small university? (2) How do students and faculty describe their experiences participating in micro-interventions? Participants: 12 faculty, 267 students. Methods: Mixed-methods, quasi-experimental design. Faculty were randomly assigned to either implement (the experimental group) or not control group). Student participants completed three surveys: pre-, mid-, post-test. Six group post-study focus group. Results: Qualitative data indicated are feasible (RQ1), responded well perceived positive impact on lives (RQ2).
