Abstract
Background
This
study
establishes
the
relationships
among
role
conflict,
positive
psychological
capital,
social
support,
job
crafting,
and
embeddedness
clinical
nurses.
The
results
are
expected
to
provide
a
basis
for
efficient
human
resource
management
in
hospitals.
Methods
Considering
15%
dropout
rate,
we
distributed
300
copies
of
our
questionnaire,

returned.

Organizational

Abstract
While
a
substantial
body
of
research
demonstrated
that
talent
management
practices
and
organizational
commitment
are
linked
to
turnover
decisions,
little
is
known
about
the
mechanism
unfolding
this
process.
This
aims
unravel
relationship
between
various
dimensions
intention.
First,
moderated
moderated‐mediation
conceptualized,
relationships
studied
by
collecting
data
from
435
faculty
members
higher
educational
institutions
(HEIs)
in
southern
India.
