Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unprecedented challenges in the working conditions of healthcare settings. Therefore, identifying influence conditions, particularly terms decent work, on nurses' grit and interprofessional teamness during is crucial. Aim: This study aimed to test effect experience work their levels pandemic. Methods: a descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational among all ward nurses (N = 246) at Damanhour Chest Hospital, an isolation hospital El Beheira, Egypt. Data were collected using Personal Information Form, Decent Work Scale, Grit Interprofessional Teamness Scale. data analyzed descriptive statistics, independent t-test, analysis variance, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression. Results: had positive correlation with (r 0.69, p < 0.001) 0.58, 0.001). In addition, 0.55, regression revealed that age, marital status, education, accounted for 53.6% variance grit. This present study examines how work overload affects cybersecurity behavior, considering job stress as a mediator and corporate ethics moderator. Using time-lagged survey design, 377 South Korean employees were surveyed. The results of SEM analysis (structural equation model) show that leads to higher stress, which in turn worsens behavior. High levels buffer this negative relationship. research fill gaps the existing literature by linking overload, offering valuable insights for both theory practice. Exploration of the relationship between individual work immersion and perceived stress is critical for clinical nurses' effective psychological interventions human resource management, as well to alleviate nursing staff shortages. In order further dissect influencing factors among staff, our study introduces concepts perfectionism social connectedness analyze specific pathways that influence in terms an individual's intrinsic external personality traits. This provides relevant recommendations development management measures staff.This was a cross-sectional survey. 993 registered nurses were included from four hospitals Guangzhou through convenience sampling method. Clinical immersion, stress, perfectionism, investigated using questionnaires based on latent profile analysis. The relationships variables analyzed t-tests, analysis variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, moderated mediation analysis.The results showed (1) general influences only child, labor relationship, allowance, family support; (2) contained subgroups: lowest (12.6%), medium-low (39.8%), medium-high (39.9%), highest (7.7%); (3) positive negative played mediating role association stress; (4) moderating model stress.Work have important impact stress. Background The work environment negatively affects the health-related behaviors of nurses due to working in a two-shift system, expo-sure professional stress, excessive psycho-physical burden, and limited time for relaxation. ABSTRACT Objective: To describe Kentucky's physician associate/assistant (PA) leadership pathway and provide advice for individual trajectories. Methods: A qualitative study using semistructured interviews inductive coding methodology to identify themes of PA leaders. Results: Participants were primarily female (76.2%), ages 35 44 years (52.4%), White (90.5%). This study investigated the academic burnout experiences of staff at various universities in Malaysia. Qualitative content analysis was used to deconstruct interview texts.
