Background: In today's world, almost every organization whether it is public or private sector, requires a Performance Appraisal System (PAS) to assess the performance of staff.Aim: determine relationship between fairness appraisal and nurses' work motivation.Methods: A descriptive, correlational research design was conducted at Kafr El-Dawar General Hospital.atEL-Beheira Government -Egypt.Subject: All staff nurses, who are working in previously mentioned settings included study (N=280).Tools: two tools were used: Tool I Perception Fairness questionnaire (PFPA); II Assessment Motivational Level Nurse's.Result: The results revealed that nurses perceived moderate mean percent score total appraisal, motivation.Conclusion: There positive statistically significant perceptions motivation Hospital.Recommendation: Enhance through which organizations seek develop their competence, enhance performance, distribute rewards make decisive judgment towards foster growth management, motivate work.

Abstract Background Nurses face substantial career challenges arising from global pandemics, economic crises, and their roles in conflict-ridden areas. In this context, the rights of nurses pertaining to decent work, such as freedom, fairness, safety, dignity, are not adequately safeguarded. This study examines work status among Chinese its links demographics, engagement, turnover intention. Methods A cross-sectional design was used following STROBE guidelines. Through a convenient sampling method, total 476 were surveyed. These participants drawn three esteemed tertiary Grade hospitals Hangzhou, with data collection spanning June August 2023. We comprehensive set assessment instruments, encompassing an evaluation demographic characteristics, Decent Work Perceptions Scale (DWPS), Utrecht Engagement (UEWS), intention questionnaire. Bootstrapping procedures ensure robustness reliability model. Results The revealed that nurses' perceptions significantly impacted engagement ( β = 0.603, p < 0.001) -0.275, 0.001). operated mediator between intention, decreasing likelihood leaving positions -0.062, Factors age, years working experience, professional title, job category, attendance at conferences influenced (all 0.05). Background: Although research has established that the work environment significantly shapes nurses’ ethical behavior, it’s less clear whether decent could influence ideologies of nurses. Aim: To investigate conditions and nurses, to analyze influences their ideologies. Methods: A multicenter cross-sectional survey was conducted among 203 nurses working in three tertiary governmental hospitals across two cities Egypt. We utilized Scale Decent Work, which consists 15 items distributed five dimensions, assess level conditions. Additionally, Ethics Position Questionnaire, containing 20 divided into categories—idealism relativism—was used evaluate Pearson correlation linear regression analyses were applied data. Background: Integrity is considered a hallmark of leadership styles that appear to promote ethical behavior such as transformational, authentic, servant styles, and integrity produces more effective organizational leadership. Aim: To examine the relation between head nurses at Hamdy Eltabakh Hospital. Methods: A descriptive, correlational research design was used conduct this study.
