Çalışmanın amacı, kurumlarda işyeri nezaketsizliğine maruz kalmanın, çalışanların işte kendilerini yetiştirmeleri üzerindeki etkilerini tespit etmektir. Bu bağlamda nezaketsizliğinin, yaptıkları etkisi ortaya konularak, bu ilişkide psikolojik sahiplenmenin ve örgütsel özdeşleşmenin nasıl bir role sahip oldukları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, işlerinde yetiştirme çabalarına yönelik kaldıkları nezaketsiz davranışların etkisine bakılmıştır. Bununla beraber, işletmelerde düzenleyici rolü çerçevesinde, nezaketsizliği, özdeşleşme kendini arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni Kütahya’daki alışveriş merkezleri çalışanlarından oluşmaktadır. örneklemi tesadüfi örneklem yöntemiyle belirlenmiş olup, çevrimiçi anket 324 çalışandan verilerin toplanması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen analizinde SPSS 23 AMOS 24’ten yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında güvenilirlik, faktör, korelasyon regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Regresyon analizi sonucunda işyerinde kalınan davranışların, üzerinde olumsuz anlamlı bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, aracı etkisi, ise olduğu bulgularına da erişilmiştir.

From January 28 February 20, 2024, online questionnaire survey was administered 739 nurses from 11 hospitals Shanxi Province, China, using convenience sampling. included demographic information questionnaire, Shock Newly Graduated Nurses Scale, Medical Staff Resilience Career Calling Nurses' Intention Stay Scale. data were analyzed descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation PROCESS Macro Model 4 7 regression. significantly negatively correlated with (p < 0.001). calling played partial between intention, accounting 63.53% total effect. Further, resilience moderated calling; thereby, mediation model developed. reduces by decreasing levels calling, while moderates mechanism. These consequences also affected those family members who could not access the hospital. In addition, initial lack knowledge about virus its management, climate fear uncertainty, workload becoming infected being contagious, had a strong impact on healthcare staff This highlighted importance interventions aimed at providing support to ICUs, involving patients, their relatives, staff; this might involve reorganisation daily routine rearrangement ICU duties.To conduct systematic review issues ICUs COVID-19 staff.We investigated PubMed ClinicalTrials.gov databases found 65 eligible articles, upon which we commented.Our results point perceived stress distress staff, patients relatives worry for with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 relatives. Abstract Background: Thriving at work positively impacts nurses’ performance, and it reduces their burnout turnover intention. However, the relationship between occupational future time perspective (OFTP) thriving has not been examined among nurses. The aim of this study was to explore work, examine chain mediating role job crafting engagement in relationship. Methods: This cross-sectional involving 233 nurses conducted via an online survey a tertiary teaching hospital China. Thriving OFTP, crafting, were measured by Work Scale, Occupational Future Time Perspective Job Crafting Questionnaire, Utrecht Engagement Scale-9, respectively. Process (version 3.5) plug-in SPSS used analyze mediation effects. Results: The results showed that OFTP associated with (β=0.654, p<0.001) crafting(effect value=0.258, Bootstrap 95% CI: 0.116, 0.427) (effect value=0.117, 0.044, 0.208) medicated played correlation value=0.180, 0.099, 0.275). Conclusion: This found directly indirectly affects through engagement. Organizations should provide more opportunities for career development develop order motivate engagement, ultimately fostering work.

Benzer şekilde yetiştirme de Ayrıca, yetiştirmenin, aracılık rolü üstlendiği tespit Sınırlılıklar: Örneklemin sadece belirli üniversitelerden oluşması akademisyenler dışındaki üniversite çalışanlarının araştırma kapsamına alınmaması verilerinin çevrimiçi toplanarak yüz-yüze görüşmelerin yapılamaması, nitel tekniklerinin kullanılmaması, araştırmaya katılanların sosyal beğenilirlik kabul ettirme düşünceleri doğrultusunda cevap verme ihtimallerinin olması, sınırlılıklarını oluşturmaktadır.
