ОСВІТА В УМОВАХ ПАНДЕМІЇ: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА НАСЛІДКИПандемія COVID-19 має згубний вплив не лише на фізичне, а також і психічне здоров'я соціуму.Пандемія із самого початку поставила перед усіма європейськими країнами нові виклики.Зокрема, в Україні університети стикнулися з проблемою організації внутрішніх адміністративних процесів дистанційного онлайн-навчання під час карантинних обмежень.Оскільки більшість студентів за цей відмітили зниження концентрації, уваги, мотивації, розлади сну та навіть депресію через кількості соціальних контактів.З обмеженням соціального життя постав новий виклик -запровадження цифрових технологій, які принесли собою проблеми.Студенти, вже вважалися вразливими до пандемії мали труднощі навчанням, опинилися ще складнішій ситуації.Першочергово уряди повинні забезпечити, щоб студенти, відстають, отримували підтримку, необхідну їм для досягнення очікуваних цілей навчання.За відсутності будь-якого втручання втрата знань, спричинена пандемією COVID-19, ймовірно, матиме довгостроковий негативний майбутнє благополуччя молоді.Вкрай важливо, ми тільки оговталися від пандемії, але й використали досвід, краще підготуватися майбутніх криз.Навчальні заклади мають бути підготовлені легкого переходу між очним дистанційним навчанням

Teleworkability, Preferences for Telework, and Well-Being: A Systematic Review DOI Open Access

Telework has grown exponentially due to COVID-19, and revealed itself as a useful work condition with largely positive impact on employees’ well-being. Since many variables are involved in determining the relationships between telework well-being, this paper clarifies role of teleworkability, preference for telework, intensity; specifically, how first two well-being through intensity. A systematic review was carried out 2012 2022 analyze these relate. Scarce literature connecting subjects showed that teleworkability influence amount time employees wish telework. Teleworkability need be studied from multilevel perspective since country-, company-, individual-level characteristics them. The results also confirmed intensity establishes direct it is essential predict it. Given the increasing challenges in academia since onset of Covid-19 pandemic, it is crucial to understand how work demands, life and job resources affect mental health academic researchers. In extending demands-resources theory, present study investigates relationships between resources, research demand, demand (i.e. caring responsibility), stress, loneliness among doctoral students academics. The results from a secondary dataset 4,563 researchers (academics undertaking students) UK indicate that are positively associated with health, while responsibility negatively impact health. Stress also found partially mediate (explain) Moreover, moderates positive on particularly attenuating this relationship for who experience higher levels loneliness. Surprisingly, during Covid-19, moderation effect gender path stress significantly stronger males than female colleagues.
