This study compared adults' healthy lifestyle behaviors life satisfaction according physical activity location preferences. Subject Methods The conducted using cross‐sectional design between May October 2023, with visitors gym ( n = 270). sample included participants in the activities of two sports groups gyms operating. Study. questionnaire data collection consists demographic characteristics, Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile (HPLP), Life Satisfaction Scale (SLS), Three‐Factor Eating Questionnaire‐R (TFEQ). Percentage, mean, standard deviation, t ‐test, ANOVA posthoc analysis, Chi‐square tests were used analyze data. Results mean age was 25.87 ± 8.59 years. rate people doing 67.4%. those who prefer exercise 87.8%. Many parameters significant exercisers single p < 0.05). Conclusion Healthy are better both locations A fuller picture this that balance important preference exercises. Individuals should be encouraged outdoors indoors.

Measuring flow, an optimal mental state defined by intense focus and immersion, can provide valuable insights into research on human engagement. However, a review of 69 studies identified significant methodological issues that could be undermining progress in this area research. We discovered the use eight nonvalidated psychological flow verification instruments (used 33 studies), ambiguity lack transparency interpretation reporting results (36 screening participants with only two for disposition to experience state. Additionally, despite balance challenge skill being essential precondition inducing state, did not appropriately match flow‐inducing activities participant’s levels. These measuring through self‐assessment make it impossible accurately validate hypothesised states using physiological approaches. To address these limitations, we propose set protocol guidelines integrating measures triangulate indicators. This provides robust framework will allow identification real‐time objective alternative subjective instruments.

Background/Objectives: The characteristics of open- and closed-skill sports can have a significant impact on the development both motor cognitive functions during late childhood early adolescence. This study examined artistic gymnastics soccer practice physical/coordinative skills executive in preadolescent female athletes. Methods: Gross-motor coordination (Körperkoordinations Test für Kinder battery), explosive lower limb power (countermovement jump) (Flanker/Reverse Flanker; Digit Span) ninety-eight athletes (10.9 ± 0.6 years age) were tested at beginning end season. A t-test mixed linear method used to detect differences between expertise levels (amateur vs. elite) baseline over time, respectively. Results: Gymnasts scored higher physical tests compared athletes, who obtained better scores Span test. Elite gymnasts showed amateur elite players, with function comparable those gymnasts. Similarly, players reaction time similar as players. Amateur skills. All groups improved their relevant effects level tasks. Conclusions: Results revealed sport type athletes’ influencing development.

Abstract Flow is the state of optimal experience which can lead to outstanding performance. Our study demonstrates feasibility detecting and monitoring flow using wearable devices. Twenty-eight Hungarian adults participated in experiment. They played a game at different levels induce anti-flow states, was tested with questionnaires. We measured electroencephalography (EEG), heart rate (HR), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) galvanic skin response (GSR) signals as well head hand motion. isolated EEG delta, theta, alpha beta band power, HR, SpO2 GSR average standard deviation, acceleration angular velocity deviation. In condition, theta power were dominant components, accordance transient hypofrontality hypothesis. also replicated U-shaped characteristic variability; addition, we propose an inverse for variability, respectively. On basis motion tracking, subjects least physically active flow, signifying focused state, most boredom. results support applicability lightweight, devices mental that be utilized improve well-being work or everyday situations.

Abstract Background The multifaceted challenges encountered by engineering university students generate paradoxical tensions, which serve as catalysts for fostering creativity. Engaging in thinking during academic pursuits enhances the ability of to solve complex problems. Despite this, intricate interconnections among thinking, and creativity remain ambiguous. Methods This study sought address this gap surveying 1410 China, delving into how mediates link between tensions Additionally, it investigated moderating impact team psychological capital on associations both SPSS 24.0 was initially used convert cleaned data a “.csv” format, Smart PLS (v.4.0.9.5) then employed assess model. Results findings reveal positive influence thinking. Notably, emerges significant contributor enhancing students. Furthermore, show that enhance influencing While emerged factor tension creativity, its role association not statistically significant. Conclusions revealed through moderated capital. only provide new insights researchers better understand underlying mechanism students' but also have practical implications education administrators.
