Algorithmic management, as a digital management tool in the gig economy, has become hotspot of concern at intersection theory and practice. However, there is lack research on mechanisms boundary conditions through which algorithmic affects workers' job crafting. Based social information processing theory, this study constructed dual-mediation model how influences crafting gameful experience perceived autonomy. Data from 687 valid samples were collected two-stage survey statistically analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM).
