Abstract Aim This study aims to assess the relationship between workplace ostracism and procrastination behavior of nurses, as well examine effect organizational silence on this relationship. Method A cross‐sectional descriptive correlational exploratory research design was used conduct study. Data were collected from 352 recruited three large university hospitals in Alexandria, Egypt. Four instruments, namely, Workplace Ostracism Questionnaire, Organizational Silence Scale, Active Procrastination Unintentional used. Structural equation modeling test hypothesized relationships variables. Results The findings demonstrated positive moderate association active passive behaviors nurses. Moreover, there strong correlation ostracism. results mediation revealed indirect through statistically significant, suggesting partially mediated Conclusion highlighted ongoing challenges posed by toxic issues, such silence, factors contributing nurses' behaviors. Not only do these directly impact productivity, but they also interact exacerbate negative outcomes care. Addressing dynamics critical improving nurse performance ensuring quality care settings. Implications for health policy offers new insights navigating toxicity upgrading productivity fostering more inclusive communicative work environment. This study aimed to determine the effect of surgical nurses' internet addiction on their malpractice tendencies. Mental health problems among nurses are prevalent and harmful. Nurses worldwide have encountered serious mental issues. Although fatigue has been proven to lead substance abuse or addictive behaviors (such as internet addiction), there is a lack of sufficient data on whether connection with compassion fatigue. Aims/Background Subsyndromal delirium (SSD) in elderly patients can lead to prolonged hospital stays, reduced quality of life, and cognitive decline. Evidence suggests that nursing interventions play a key role mitigating SSD risk by facilitating early identification as well timely effective interventions.
