This had a profound impact on individuals and families. Therefore, study aimed to examine family communication as mediator relationship between resilience functioning under quarantine Algeria Iraq. was conducted among Iraq (N = 361). respondents completed Family Communication Scale (FCS), Walsh Resilience Questionnaire (WFRQ), Functioning (FFS). Structural equation modeling (SEM) with bootstrapping method used conduct mediated effects communication. Using SEM, significantly affected (coefficient 0.808). Moreover, direct effect indirect (via functioning) were both significant, coefficients 0.682 0.126. In addition, numerous groups from been analyzed sample shown no differences relationships resilience, communication, functioning. conclusion, results showed that type this mediation seemed be partial because significant According findings, healthcare providers should consider improving achieve good

Abstract The global trend of advanced aging comes at the cost amplified onset age-related diseases. Dementia is a common multifactorial neurodegenerative disorder, which manifests with progressive declines in cognitive functioning and ability to perform activities daily living. As polices discourage institutionalized care, family members act as primary caregivers endure increased vulnerability physical mental health problems secondary care-related changes life routine relationships. Targeting clinically significant distress earlier stages through valid brief measures may promote caregivers’ wellbeing dementia care continuity/quality. This study aimed determine optimal cutoff score Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 8-items (DASS-8) convenience sample 571 European (Mean age = 53 ± 12 years, Italian 74.4%, Swiss 25.6%) three methods. K-means clustering classified into high- low-distress clusters based on DASS-8 19. Receiver operator curve (ROC) analysis using 48 7 cutoffs Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) Three-Item University California, Los Angeles, Loneliness Scale-version 3 (UCLALS3), revealed two (12.5 14.5, area under (AUC) 0.85 0.92, p values < .001, 95% CI 0.82–0.88 0.89 0.94, sensitivity 0.81 0.78, specificity 0.76 0.89, Youden index 0.57 0.67, respectively). Decision modeling produced (9.5 14.5) for predicting low high caregiving burden loneliness, respectively. According median all (14.5) prevalence was 50.8%. Distress correlated key such burnout loneliness—in path analysis, scores were predicted by ZBI, UCLALS3, dependency, receiving help especially among older, female, spouse caregivers. Further diagnostic workup should follow confirm psycho-pathogenicity above 14.5. Investigations other countries/populations validity this score.

Academic achievement measured Subjective Achievement Scale (SAAS).A total 1677 participated in questionnaire. results linear regression taking SAAS score as dependent variable, showed that who have non-scientific versus scientific major (Beta = 0.53), having breakfast ≥ 4 days per week compared less than 2 0.28) significantly associated with higher scores. More psychological distress - 0.06) number out 0.07) lower scores. This first investigation on success relation profiles. Better demonstrated healthier well distressing status. Such results, light compounded unprecedented crises which Lebanon has been assailed, suggest need focus promoting healthy habits education possible driver better success.

Introduction Alzheimer’s disease (AD) affects 50 million individuals worldwide, a number projected to triple by 2050. Due discomfort through electrical and magnetic neuromodulation technologies, this is the first study propose potential of auditory binaural beat (BB) stimulation at an alpha frequency (10 Hz) for enhancing cognitive neurological outcomes in AD patients. Methods Twenty-five patients were divided into experimental-Group ( n = 15) control-Group 10). Psychometric assessments conducted Pre-Treatment (Day 1) Post-Treatment 14) following consecutive days beats or tone administered from Day 2 13. Results A two-way ANOVA revealed significant main effect group F 6.087, p 0.016) session 3.859, 0.024) on MMSE scores, with experimental showing improvement scores t 7.33, 0.00000012) compared control 0.2306). The purpose of this study is to validate the Eco Guilt (EGuiQ-11) and Grief (EGriQ-6) scales for Lebanese population. Conducted in September 2023, cross-sectional utilized a snowball sampling method. A total 763 adult participants provided consent completed an online survey that included following scales: EGuiQ-11, EGriQ-6, Arabic Climate Change Anxiety Scale (CCAS), Depression Stress Scales-8 (DASS-8). Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) EGuiQ-11 revealed good fit unidimensional model. Both EFA Confirmatory (CFA) indicated excellent reliability, with Cronbach's alpha 0.92 McDonald's omega 0.92. For CFA results also supported structure reflected coefficient 0.83 0.84. No significant gender differences were observed (t(761) = 0.862, p .389) EGriQ-6 0.401, .689) scores. Additionally, higher levels strongly linked greater psychological distress increased climate anxiety. These findings make it possible researchers use these scales, which assess environmental emotions, future studies Arabic-speaking populations Lebanon. They highlight potential impact changes on mental health.

Percentile ROC curve suggested two cutoffs (≥6 ≥6.5), which classified 59.3 59.4% participants having higher levels loneliness-comparable global among informal caregivers.
