Background/Objectives: Several studies have reported alarming rates of mental health issues and sleep problems among nurses even in the post-pandemic era. The objective was to investigate prevalence stress, anxiety depressive symptoms, burnout insomnia Greece one year after end pandemic construct a mediation model evaluating impact stress on insomnia, chain mediating roles symptoms burnout, as well moderating role model. Methods: This cross-sectional study conducted online July 2024 included 380 hospital who completed Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21), Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) Athens Insomnia (AIS). Results: were 33.9% with 95% confidence interval (CI): [0.292, 0.390], 33.3% (95% CI: [0.284, 0.381]), 35% [0.302, 0.400]), 46.8% [0.399, 0.502]) 56.1% [0.509, 0.611]), respectively. Multiple regression analysis indicated that subscale DASS-21 explained 40.6% variance AIS, while an additional 7.6% by CBI another 1.3% rate DASS-21. Mediation revealed affected both directly indirectly through burnout. moderated path enhancing negative symptoms. Conclusions: proposed introduces certain factors influencing explains how changes any these effectuate other factors, offering insights for individualized interventions.

Abstract Background Depressive and anxiety symptoms affect about one-fourth of Chinese secondary school students. However, the prevalence correlates mental distress among students from Western China remain largely unexplored. This study aimed to examine associations depressive with demographic, family, school, life, behavior factors in a large, representative sample Zigong, city China. Methods Secondary were recruited using cluster sampling. The 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire, 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Nine-Item Internet Gaming Scale-Short Form used. Objectives COVID-19 survivors suffer from persistent mental distress and impaired quality of life (QOL) after recovery the infection. However, symptom-symptom interaction between these psychological variables remained unexplored. The present study aimed to determine symptom network (depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, fatigue, post-traumatic stress disorder) their association with QOL among 535 1 year hospital discharge. Methods 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire, 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, Chalder fatigue scale, Impact Event Scale-Revised, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, 36-Item Short-Form Survey were applied measure depression, PTSD, disturbances, QOL, respectively. Two networks estimated using Gaussian graphical model. Network consisted symptoms central bridge symptoms. 2 additionally included which mostly related QOL. Backgrounds Co-occurrence of thyroid dysfunction, metabolic disturbances, and worsening clinical symptoms in major depressive disorder (MDD) patients with suicidal attempts (SA) are common. However, their relationship SA remains unexplored. We aimed to (1) determine the independent association symptoms, disturbances SA; (2) identify interactions via network approach. Methods 1718 FEDN MDD were recruited. Depressive, anxiety, psychotic assessed by Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD), Anxiety (HAMA), Positive Negative Syndrome Subscale positive subscale, respectively. The serum levels hormones other parameters assessed. Logistic regression model was applied correlates SA. Network analysis interaction between disturbances. ABSTRACT Aim To investigate the sleep quality and its influencing factors among nurses in hospitals Zhejiang, China, during first explosive COVID‐19 outbreak following relaxation of prevention control measures. Design A multicentre cross‐sectional study. Methods Between 10 January 20 2023—approximately 1 month after policy was loosened—a total 573 from tertiary community Zhejiang participated an online, self‐administered survey. The participants were recruited using convenience sampling, survey distributed via WeChat platform. included a general information form; Self‐Rating Scale Sleep (SRSS); Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale‐21 (DASS‐21); Perceived Social Support (PSSS); Brief Resilience (BRS). Data analysis conducted SPSS version 26.0. Statistical methods employed t ‐tests, one‐way variance (ANOVA), chi‐square tests Mann–Whitney U ‐tests for comparisons between groups. Pearson correlation coefficients calculated to analyse relationship SRSS score DASS‐21, PSSS BRS scores. multiple linear stepwise regression determine independent quality. Results More than 90% infected with COVID‐19, 60.6% had disorders. revealed that anxiety, score, comorbidities, hospital grade, clinical front‐line, age infection independently predicted scores several items higher Chinese norm, especially hospitals.
