É importante considerar o impacto que a pandemia da COVID-19 como um estressor multidimensional, sendo potencialmente tóxico para saúde mental dos indivíduos. Diante disso, esta pesquisa objetivou descrever complicações associadas à ansiedade após de COVID-19. Realizou-se bibliográfica do tipo revisão integrativa nas bases dados MEDLINE, LILACS e BDEnf fim localizar artigos disponíveis leitura, originais, publicados entre 2020 até 2023 discutam sobre as consequências pós pandemia. Foram utilizados os seguintes descritores: Anxiety, Adaptation Psychological. excluídos repetidos, literatura, monografias, dissertações ou teses. Após seleção estudos, construiu-se uma matriz síntese coleta estes pudessem ser agrupados analisados através análise crítica. According to the World Health Organization, number elderly and senile people will increase almost 40 % in coming decades. Çalışma sonuçları, tükenmişliği olumlu yordadığı dayanıklılığın negatif olduğunu gösterdi. Çalışmamızın dayanıklılığın, öğrencilerde sıkıntıyı önleyici becerilerden biri olabileceği görüşüdür.
