This study examines the impact of workplace bullying on job performance at Directorate General Health Services in Muscat, Oman, focusing three dimensions: degradation, continuous criticism, and discrimination. It investigates how these dimensions affect terms work quality, attendance time commitment, public interaction. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, both quantitative qualitative methods were employed. Data collected through structured questionnaire with 155 employees in-depth interviews 6 staff members. Statistical analysis revealed significant negative relationship between performance, degradation particularly affecting quality attendance. The findings highlight need for health administrations Oman to implement policies combat foster positive environment. recommends launching educational campaigns, developing clear anti-bullying policies, providing training recognizing addressing enhance employee satisfaction ultimately improving healthcare services.
