BACKGROUND Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a condition that prevalent worldwide and associated with significant health risks economic burdens. As it has been linked to insulin resistance (IR), this study aimed perform bibliometric analysis visually represent the scientific literature on IR NAFLD. AIM To map research landscape underscore critical areas of focus, influential studies, future directions NAFLD IR. METHODS This conducted indexed in SciVerse Scopus database from 1999 2022. Cirrhosis is a chronic liver disease with severe consequences for patient’s health and survival. Exercise an essential therapeutic strategy both cirrhosis prevention treatment. On the other hand, information regarding present status of exercise-related research in limited. Therefore, this study seeks to close gap scientific literature by using bibliometric techniques analyze trends, focal points, cutting-edge areas on exercise cirrhosis. September 22, 2023, articles reviews intervention were obtained downloaded from Web Science Core Collection (WoSCC). Subsequently, we employed CiteSpace (version 6.1.R6) conduct knowledge graph analyses. 588 papers 301 scholarly journals written 673 authors 460 institutions spread over 63 countries regions. The most productive nation among them United States. Not only Zobair M. Younossi 1 prolific writers, but he also receives co-citations. Most published University Michigan US, Alberta Canada coming second. Meanwhile, WORLD JOURNAL OF GASTROENTEROLOGY has articles, whereas HEPATOLOGY greatest number Apart theme words, frequently utilized keywords “quality life,” “insulin resistance,” “mortality.” Future may concentrate “obesity,” “sarcopenia,” “Mediterranean diet,” according analysis keyword emergence. used work visually represent topic cirrhosis, offering valuable researchers field’s current possible future direction.

We studied effect suppressing ketosis in 10 lean (BMI 20.5 kg/m2 ± 1.4), metabolically healthy, pre-menopausal women (age 32.3 8.9 years) maintaining nutritional (NK) for an average 3.9 years (± 2.3) who underwent three 21-day phases: (NK; P1), suppressed (SuK; P2), returned to NK (P3). BACKGROUND: Cerebral infarction is a health problem of global concern and brings particular burden to medical treatment. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the correlation between insulin resistance (IR) levels changes in cerebral atherosclerosis (AS) degree non-diabetic patients with infarction. METHODS: A total 134 who visited Department Neurology our hospital from May 2019 October 2020 were selected underwent MRA/CTA (Magnetic resonance angiography/Computed tomography angiography) arteries refine cerebrovascular imaging data, according results AS load, divided into mild group severe group, index was calculated HOMA-IR (homeostasis model assessment resistance) evaluate IR level compared two groups. Spearman used load. RESULTS: 54 individuals had 80 AS, an arteries. There significant difference (P< 0.05) difficult gentle link severity found using analysis (r= 0.850, P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: The phenomenon prevalent infarction, closely related AS.
