This study seeks to explore factors that have shaped the intercultural communication effectiveness (ICE) of international students (IS) during COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract Background Mental health is an issue of social and economic importance. Sociocultural scholarly attention has largely focused on the negative aspects mental health.
