Psychische Symptome und kognitive Beeinträchtigungen zählen zu häufigen Symptomen von Long- insbesondere Post-COVID. Während sich für Erwachsene zahlreiche Publikationen Post-COVID finden, ist die Datenlage Kinder Adoleszente verhältnismäßig dünn uneinheitlich. Angesichts weniger dramatischer Akutverläufe in dieser Gruppe Assoziation Schwere des Akutverlaufs zur Wahrscheinlichkeit Auftretens war nicht mit einem bedeutsamen Auftreten gerechnet worden. The COVID-19 pandemic has had profound effects on mental health of children. This study aimed to explore the trajectories emotional and behavioral problems in children aged 1–6 years over four time points from April 2020 May 2021 identify predictors these trajectories. longitudinal involved assessments with anonymous online surveys completed by 527 - 888 parents Austria, Germany, Switzerland. Emotional were measured using Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL/1.5-5). Sociodemographic data, exposure, child worries, parental also assessed. prevalence clinically significant ranged 4.2% 11.5%, higher than normative 2%. Latent class growth analyses identified two trajectory classes for anxiety affective problems: low-symptom high-symptom classes. Zusammenfassung: Fragestellung: Welchen Einfluss hat die Konkretisierung der poststationären Lebens- und Berufsperspektive auf das Ergebnis stationären Behandlung psychosomatisch erkrankter Jugendlicher? Methode: Randomisierte Fall-Kontroll-Studie. Ergebnisse: Die „Perspektiv- bzw. Orientierungsgruppe“ wird von den Teilnehmenden gut angenommen als wichtiger Teil erlebt. Teilnehmende Patient_innen erleben sich bei Entlassung (Rest-)Symptomatik deutlich weniger belastet Kontrollgruppe. Schlussfolgerung: Durch Gruppenprogramm gelingt es, Fokus vieler Betroffener weg Patienten-Identität in Richtung einer so gesehen gesunden Zukunftsorientierung zu entwickeln damit Therapieverlauf verbessern. Entsprechend sollte Angebot stationäre Standard-Therapie integriert werden. Darüber hinaus stellt Frage nach einem möglichen Stellenwert Gruppe primären Prävention.

ABSTRACT This study examines children's experiences in Iceland during the COVID‐19 pandemic through their creative expressions submitted to Ombudsman for Children. Analysing 454 submissions, including narratives, drawings and videos from children aged 6–16, research identified two main themes: ‘COVID‐School’ addressing educational disruptions peer relationships, ‘Social responsibility’ reflecting engagement with health measures. Using Spray's framework of embodied, social public child dimensions, reveals how navigated restrictions while demonstrating remarkable literacy consciousness.
