This study aims to identify distinct profiles of work engagement among oncology nurses through Latent Profile Analysis and explore how these influence nurse safety behaviour. A cross-sectional design with latent profile analysis. total 957 from tertiary hospitals across five provinces municipalities in China participated this questionnaire-based study. Data were collected on demographic information, the Work Engagement Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale Nurse Safety Behaviour Scale. Teachers’ life satisfaction is a crucial determinant of their well-being and professional efficacy. While research has established digital leadership, technology skills, work engagement as pivotal to satisfaction, the intricate dynamics through which leadership affects primary secondary school teachers remain underexplored. Purpose: This research highlights the interconnection among psychological contract breach, self-efficacy, abusive supervision, financial wellbeing and servant leadership as a mediator that are extensively studied in global contexts. study provides substantial empirical evidence by examining interaction of these variables within distinctive workplace dynamics developing country. Nurse turnover is a global public health challenge, particularly in China due to high work intensity and personnel shortages. Background: La pandemia de Covid-19 ha impuesto retos sin precedentes en el ámbito sanitario, afectando notablemente a los profesionales enfermería que trabajan áreas críticas. Estos han repercutido su calidad vida profesional (CVP) y incrementado niveles estrés laboral, aspectos esenciales tanto para bienestar del personal sanitario como la cuidado ofrecido pacientes. Objetivo: Este estudio busca explorar relación entre laboral enfermeros un hospital mediana complejidad Lima, Perú, durante por Covid-19. Métodos: Se empleó una metodología cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal correlacional, con muestra probabilística 59 enfermeros. Los datos se recopilaron mediante cuestionarios línea evaluaban CVP utilizando herramientas validadas Nursing Stress Scale Cuestionario CVP-35. Background: the COVID-19 pandemic has posed unprecedented challenges in healthcare field, notably affecting nursing professionals working critical areas. These have impacted their professional quality of life (PQoL) and increased job stress levels, which are crucial for both well-being personnel care provided to patients. Objective: this study aims explore relationship between among nurses at a medium-complexity hospital Lima, Peru, during pandemic. Methods: quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational methodology was used, with non-probabilistic sample 59 nurses.
