Purpose This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) adoption on employee proactive behavior in South Korean organizations. Drawing social cognitive theory, we investigate mediating role job reflection and moderating effect coaching leadership this relationship. Introduction The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace is changing way organizations function, and profoundly affecting employees. These organizational changes raise crucial questions about employee’s future well-being. Our study aims to explore intersection between employee well-being through a bibliometric review contextual analysis. Methodology Carried out May 2024, our divided into two phases. first phase, dedicated review, was conducted using PRISMA method, explored Scopus Web Science databases for period from 2015 2024. A total 92 articles were selected quantitative analysis VOSviewer software. second phase based on an in-depth systematic 25 those previously identified. basis their relevance research question, subjected thematic NVivo Results results reveal significant increase publications starting year 2020, highlighting advancements research, primarily United States China. co-occurrence identifies four main clusters: ethics, work autonomy, stress, mental health, thus illustrating dynamics created by professional environment. Purpose Construction project team members’ job burnout damages the physical health of members and also have a negative effect on performance. This study primarily aims to empirically examine relationship between coaching managers (CPMs) burnout. Moreover, this research examines cross-level mediating caring ethical climate team-based self-esteem (TBSE) two aspects. Technological overload, leadership behaviours, and employee outcomes in Saudi Arabia's healthcare sector are examined this study.
