Background: The COVID-19 pandemic first occurred in China December 2019 which has become a public health problem. WHO declared Covid-19 global pandemic. Almost all countries the world are affected by Covid-19. Research objective: to review experience of breastfeeding mothers during Method: This scoping method consists several steps, namely Identifying Scoping Review Questions, Relevant Literature Sources, Selection, Compiling, summarizing, and reporting results. Results: based on critical appraisal, 14 articles were obtained. results found 3 themes, emotional burden, impact practices, support social needs. Introduction The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered maternal healthcare delivery, including breastfeeding practices. Our study investigated the influence of nurses, midwives, and doulas on education rates, with a specific focus changes that transpired during pandemic. Methods Using cross-sectional design, we performed secondary data analysis stratified systematic sample forty-six U.S. states New York City respondents who completed Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) Phase 7 (2012–2015) 8 (2016–2020) surveys ( n = 193,068). Descriptive analyses adjusted multivariable logistic regression models reporting odds ratios (aORs) 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) were used to assess associations between provision guidance mothers from doulas, or midwife professionals; breastfeeding/pumping rates; Cox-proportional hazard examine association duration. RESUMO Objetivo: Investigar as repercussões da COVID-19 na duração do aleitamento materno e analisar os fatores associados em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brasil. Método: Trata-se de estudo epidemiológico, coorte prospectiva. Os dados foram coletados prontuários médicos por meio entrevistas telefônicas. As mulheres que apresentaram o desmame estimadas análise sobrevivência Kaplan-Meier.
