Traceability of food products is an important requirement for improving safety and consumer confidence. An effective global traceability system can reduce waste, improve safety, minimize economic losses. This paper proposes a new conceptual framework logistics involving systems, supply demand, pricing. The research will be conducted by taking primary data related to samples nutritional content fish contamination levels in several markets East Java province. Secondary collection was carried out on the type, stock, origin, daily price each market Then, obtained updated connected Cloud database processed displayed developed Food Logistics Information System (SILOPANG). information designed provide real-time updates recommendations distribution chains fishery between regions Province. SILOPANG expected become decision support (DSS) fisheries sector areas make process chain commodities more efficient.
