ABSTRACT This study investigated the impact of dietary supplementation with different forms minerals and vitamins on growth, carcass cum meat qualities, gene expression in Barbari goat kids. Four groups kids (six each group) 6–7 months were fed diets for 120 days: a basal diet (Group A), inorganic B), organic C), nano D). Growth parameters, carcass, genes relevant to metabolism, antioxidant activity, myogenesis assessed. Significant differences ( p < 0.05) observed among growth quality. Meat from supplemented had lower cooking loss (except Group B) higher pigments vitamins. D yellowness, C shear force. Significantly Fe, Zn, Se recorded meats. Fatty acid profile was significantly affected by treatments, saturated fatty (SFA), polyunsaturated (PUFA), n‐6 PUFA. The influenced studied genes. Practical Application : Intake desirable macro‐ micronutrients through means is always preferred over supplements. Meat, including goat, rich unsaturated acids, omega Se, A E, can help address nutritional deficits wellbeing, thus having greater consumer preference market potential. present research showed that trace elements increased their contents meat, besides improvements animal muscle mass, profile. Higher costs nano‐minerals may be limiting factor application production. However, this could countered upscaling production, better absorption, bioactivities, performance, quality healthier nutrient profile, dose rate, eco‐friendly nature. upregulation indicates interaction between genes, highlighting possible mode action. Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed meal (ZBM), a novel plant protein raw material, has shown promising potential in enhancing the growth of broiler chickens as substitute for soybean (SBM) feed. In artificial digestive experiment vitro experiments, digestibility ZBM and SBM were assessed using SDS-III Single Stomach Animal Biometric Digestion System. Subsequently, 180 1-day old AA chicks divided into three groups vivo experiments: corn–soybean-meal-based diet (CON group); replacing 5% basal (ZBM-1 10% (ZBM-2 group). The period lasted 42 days. Compared to SBM, demonstrated higher crude content, dry matter digestibility, extracorporeal digestible protein. with CON group, broilers ZBM-2 group showed improved ADG ADFI during 1–21 d, 22–42 1–42 d periods (p < 0.05). Furthermore, exhibited significant increases slaughter performance compared substitution also leads reduction serum enzyme indicators Additionally, lipoprotein total cholesterol significantly lower than those Substituting enhances activity superoxide dismutase content immunoglobulin G serum, while reducing malondildehyde utilization matter, protein, energy conclusion, study confirmed that 5–10% diets positive effect on growth, development, antioxidant capacity, immune function, nutrient utilization. Glucose, a primary energy source derived from animals' feed ration, is crucial for their growth, production performance, and health. However, challenges such as metabolic stress, oxidative inflammation, gut microbiota disruption during animal practices can potentially impair glucose metabolism pathways. Abstract Background Diet regulates rumen microbiota, which in turn affects animal health. The present study evaluated the response of microbiota and immune system lambs to a fermented total mixed ration diet. Methods A 30 were assigned into two groups: group fed an unfermented high‐fiber diet (total [TMR]) low‐fiber (fermented TMR [FTMR]). Results results showed that FTMR markedly ( p < 0.05) increased average daily gain dry matter intake compared TMR. relative abundance Veillonellaceae_UCG‐001 decreased diversity undesirable despite stable overall microbial community diversity. Serum metabolomic analysis combined with enrichment serum metabolites affected by metabolic pathways, significantly influenced amino acid metabolism lambs. There was decrease inflammatory factors treatment, indicating followed same trajectory as changes structure function. Conclusions Overall, reduced diversity, thereby regulating host improving status.
