This paper explores the holistic context of workforce retention. The global labour shortages in developed countries have made employers realise that a world scarce resources, employee wellbeing and retention are key factors competitiveness. aim research is to create model identify determinants well-being A quantitative methodology was applied, using questionnaire with 58 validated statements, completed online by participants (n = 406). PLS-SEM method used for data analysis inner outer modelling. measurement tested internal consistency reliability convergent discriminant validity. Cronbach’s α CR values were above 0.7 threshold all constructions, indicating high measurements. In our model, there total 36 significant relationships between latent variables. Based on results, effect organizational commitment intention quit determined. If within an organization changes, resign changes. Personel güçlendirme ve örgütsel bağlılık, etkinliğin artırılmasında kritik öneme sahip bir yönetim stratejisi olarak önemli ilgi görmüştür. Bu çalışma, Somali ticari bankaları örneğinde personel güçlendirmenin bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Tanımlanan araştırma hedefleri doğrultusunda, nicel yaklaşım kullanılarak anket yoluyla toplanan veri kesitsel tasarımı kullanılmıştır. Çalışma, Somali'deki 13 bankada yönetici pozisyonundaki bireylere odaklanmış bankaların hem genel merkezinde de şubelerinde çalışan 264 yöneticiden toplamıştır. Araştırma değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek için doğrusal çoklu regresyon analizleri üzerinde anlamlı pozitif etkileri olduğunu koymştur. Elde edilen bulgular boyutlarıdan, anlamlılık, özerklik etki boyutunun duygusal etkiye tersine yeterlilik negatif gösterdiğini koymaktadır. Benzer şekilde; anlamlılık özerklik, devam bağlılığı ile istatistiksel ilişki göstermektedir. Ancak, boyutu, olmayan Çalışmada, hiçbir boyutu normatif koymamaktadır.
