plant
biostimulants
have
been

used

agriculture

environment-friendly

improve
sustainability

resilience

environmental

Protein
hydrolysates
(PHs)
are
a
main
category
produced
by
chemical
or
enzymatic
hydrolysis
proteins
from
animal
sources.
Mostly
composed
amino
acids
peptides,
PHs
beneficial
effect
on
multiple
physiological
processes,
including
photosynthetic
activity,
nutrient
assimilation
translocation,

quality
parameters.

Salinity,
