Introduction Agriculture faces significant challenges in ensuring global food security while minimizing resource costs and environmental impacts. The development of digital infrastructure offers transformative potential for agricultural systems aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This study examines role enhancing grain production capacity China, a key player system. Methods We analyzed data from 277 prefecture-level cities China 2011 to 2021. A double machine learning model was employed empirically assess impact on capacity, allowing robust insights into causal relationships. Results reveal that significantly enhances production. Mechanism analysis results indicate construction drives technological advancements farmland scale, contributing increased capacity. Heterogeneity show is major grain-producing regions central-eastern regions, its effects are relatively limited production-consumption balanced main consumption western regions. Discussion underscore importance strengthening rural areas improve Tailored policy implications suggested enhance sustainable contribute security, particularly varying dynamics.

Agriculture plays a key role in deciding the economy of country and agricultural marketing has become potential driver sector. Green revolution succeeding technologies made our farmers to succeed production front, but lagging appreciably terms price realization owing their inability stop post-harvest losses inaccessibility efficient scientific system. Post-harvest management includes storage, packaging, coating, disease management, extended shelf life, maintaining food quality. Foods other products can be preserved by storage at low temperature, which retards activities microorganisms preserve perishable foods natural state. Preservation depends on time required whether short or long-term type product. A cold unit works two principles: Vapour absorption system (VAS), compression (VCS). Although VAS is bit costlier, economical operation. Food irradiation another recent preservation technology address some losses. exposed ionizing radiation (i.e. radiowaves, microwaves, UV rays, X-rays, gamma rays etc.). applied specific purposes as quarantine treatment fruits vegetables method ensure hygienic quality foods. processing techniques like grading, sorting etc add value enhances life food. Agricultural productivity augmentation needs concurrent development support mechanism organized system, would maximum rrealization farmers.

Invasive plant species pose a significant threat to global biodiversity and ecosystems. Climate changes favor the spread of non-native plants, whether voluntary or accidentally introduced into new environment, as these plants possess greater ability adapt changing environments. The spreading alien has negative impact also on agro-ecosystems, agricultural yields, nutritional quality food crops. high metabolic plasticity helps them ecosystems, enabling succeed in competing with In particular, many are producers alkaloids. These molecules represent main chemical defense biotic stressors major risk for human health. this review, we focused invasive producing tropane alkaloids (TAs) pyrrolizidine (PAs). We explored potential role fitness context climate change reviewed knowledge regarding their biosynthesis steps examined mechanism toxicity when ingested. Finally, summarized most efficient analytical molecular methods detect either alkaloid contamination presence contaminants, which source molecules, Possible solutions precautions ensure safety have been proposed.
