Abstract Higher dissimilarity between restoration factors boosted soil microbial activities when multiple jointly applied. More diverse management practices enhanced aggregate stability and improved pH. Increasing up to 8 only influenced properties (water stable aggregates pH) but not activities. A range of land are available achieve better quality, their combined effects remain understudied. We hypothesize that more practices, meaning higher dissimilarity, lead stronger on functions properties. Eight (biochar, compost, clay, amorphous silica, basalt, inoculum, reduced physical disturbance organic matter diversity) were selected with 20 replicates for treatments involving 2, 4, or 6 10 factor treatments. investigated the impact individual factors, number, composition respiration, enzymatic (β-glucosidase, β-D-cellobiosidase, β-N-acetylglucosaminidase phosphatase), pH, water permanganate oxidizable carbon fraction. By including in addition variance explained respiration increased 54.21%. For pH water-stable aggregates, variability 65.57% 57.38%, respectively. activities, stability, while reducing labile carbon, whereas number Our study highlights importance diversity calls further research synergistic combinations interventions.

This study explores the economic benefits and challenges associated with biodegradable waste composting, highlighting its role in promoting sustainability through a circular economy framework. We reviewed relevant literature found 160 articles for this study, including keywords “Biodegradable waste”, “Compost production”, “Economic Potential”. Considering quality studies, we employed PRISMA technique to conduct comprehensive data synthesis evaluate 89 final review. Our findings highlight that composting offers significant advantages, reduction, cost savings management, carbon credit, source of nitrogen, job creation, reduced reliance on synthetic fertilizers. Further, it supports environmental by improving soil health, mitigating greenhouse gas emissions, reducing landfill use. However, such as high upfront costs, control, market competition chemical fertilizers remain barriers widespread adoption. The extends emphasizing integration into can foster innovation, enhance local economies, contribute climate change mitigation. Furthermore, promising pathway advancing sustainability. Future research should focus technologies, optimizing their applications, developing stronger policy frameworks ensure successful implementation practices.
