Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, köpekler ve sahipleri arasındaki ilişkilerin kalitesini değerlendirmek için kullanılabilecek kedi/köpek sahibi ilişki ölçeğini (C/DORS) Türkçe'ye çevirmek Türkiye’de farklı demografik değişkenler arasında değerlendirmektir. Gereç Yöntem: Kedi/köpek ölçeği uzman bir ekip tarafından orijinal dili İngilizce'den çevrildi. Çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan köpek sahiplerinden ölçek aracılığıyla bilgi toplanmıştır. Köpek sahiplerinin cinsiyeti, eğitim durumu maddi da toplandı. Ölçeğin geçerlik güvenirliği Cronbach's alpha faktör analizi kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: İlk istatistiksel analizler ölçekte analizinin kullanılabileceğini (Bartlett küresellik testi, p<0,001) örneklem büyüklüğünün yeterli olduğunu (KMO testi=0,619) ortaya koydu. Algılanan duygusal yakınlık, evcil hayvan-sahibi etkileşimi algılanan maliyet olarak üç alt boyuta sahip ölçeğin toplam açıkladığı varyans %43,90 bulundu. Ölçeğe ait Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,844 tespit edildi. Ölçek boyut skorlarının cinsiyet (p>0,05) gelir açısından benzer seviyelerde olduğu görüldü. skoru anlamlı bulundu (p<0,05). Öneri: Türkçe’ye uyarlanan geçerlik-güvenirliği belirlenmiş bu köpek-sahibi ilişkilerini ölçebilen ilk olma niteliği taşıdığı düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca, çalışma geliştirme uyarlama çalışmaları pet hayvanı-insan ilişkilerinin incelenmesi hususunda faydalı olacaktır.

Many dogs experience stress when separated from their caregivers, as well traveling in vehicles. Pet owners employ various approaches to managing these issues, training, giving medications and supplements, often with mixed results. Cannabidiol (CBD) can alleviate anxiety humans but the effect it has on canine is less well-documented. The present study aimed understand impact of being left alone a car measures stress, establish whether single dose tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)-free CBD distillate could positively influence any stress. In blinded, parallel design study, population were either familiar room ( n = 21) or underwent short journey 19). A range physiological behavioral collected pre, during post-test. Significant changes several stress-related (serum cortisol, mean ear temperature, heart rate, rate variability, whining stressed/anxious factor) observed baseline test, test paradigm eliciting more pronounced response overall. mitigating treatment varied by measure some indicating significant reduction compared placebo group. Additional research required fully complex wellbeing.
