The management of premature infants with persistent pulmonary hypertension (PPH) remains a major problem in modernneonatology. In recent years, scientifi c studies have identifi ed the role oxidative stress (OS) development and course PPH. reserve for reducing mortality optimizing respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) asphyxia is an algorithm diff erentiated approach to PPH infants, taking into account severity dynamics OS, its implementation clinical practice. Aim study. To increase eff ectiveness based on levels as determined by urinary 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG).Material methods. 100 between 26/1-34/6 weeks gestation were included study: groupI consisted 50 RDS, group II – newborns RDS associated perinatal asphyxia. presence was all fi rst third fth day life echocardiography (EchoCG), quantitative determination 8-OHdG level (ng/ml) 44 day, enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). For radiographic evaluation PPH, underwent chest radiography Moore’s, Schwedel’s cardiothoracic index (CTI). research conducted compliance bioethical requirements part planned work Department (state registration number 0122U000025).Results. It found that characteristics signifi cantly lower mean pressure artery (mPAP) 3-5 days than children noted factors high diagnostic cance determining occurrence are: birth weight <1500 g; asphyxia; low Apgar score 1st (1-3 points) 5th minute (<7 points); gestational age <30 weeks; non-appropriateness age; male sex. Furthermore, it biomarker OS preterm correlated mPAP life, had value risk developing severe life. data comprehensive radiological assessment indices Moore, Schwedel, CTI analyzed correlations established. Schwedel showed highest reliability cases.Conclusion. On basis cally established relationships clinical, laboratory, genderaspects pathology prognostic values 8-OHdG, developed. Determination degree allows us adjust individualize tactics support thus improving quality medical care prematurely born centers, additional urine predict adverse complications: bronchopulmonary dysplasia, intraventricular hemorrhage III-IV grade, retinopathy II-III hearing impairment, hypoxic- ischemic lesions central nervous system grade children.

Oxidative stress is a known pathogenic mechanism in cardiovascular disease (CVD), yet the association between dietary antioxidants and CVD general population remains underexplored. This study leverages data from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) to investigate of composite antioxidant index with US adults.

Pulmonary hypertension associated with lung diseases and/or hypoxia is classified as group 3 in the clinical classification of pulmonary hypertension. The efficacy existing selective vasodilators for still unknown, and it currently a poor prognosis. mechanisms by which occurs include hypoxic vasoconstriction, vascular remodeling, decrease beds, endothelial dysfunction, endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition, mitochondrial oxidative stress, hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs), inflammation, microRNA, genetic predisposition. Among these, vasoconstriction subsequent remodeling are characteristic involving vasculature focus this review. Several have been reported to mediate induced such HIF-1α mechanosensors, including TRP channels. New therapies that target novel molecules, mechanoreceptors, inhibit awaited.

The physiological and pathological processes in lungs indicated that ONOO- acted as an informative indicator for pulmonary functioning status with the corresponding dynamics, especially permissive hypercapnia. Herein, peroxynitrite (ONOO-) detection imaging living lung cells, imidazo-pyridin derived fluorescent probe IDPD-ONOO was developed. recognized to exhibit a fluorescence response at 490 nm excitation wavelength 355 nm. advantages of developed included practical linear range (0-100 μM), high sensitivity (Limit Detection 0.005 rapid (within 15 min), pH tolerance (7.0-9.0), selectivity, low cyto-toxicity. Furthermore, achieved intracellular both exogenous endogenous level, which meaningful research on mechanism optimized optical implements.

To explore the molecular mechanism of aerobic exercise to improve heart failure and provide a theoretical basis experimental reference for treatment failure. Nine-week-old male mice were used establish left ventricular pressure overload-induced model by transverse aortic constriction (TAC). The randomly divided into four groups: sham group (SHAM), (HF), + SKQ1 (HS) (HE). in HE subjected moderate-intensity interventions. mitochondrion-targeting antioxidant (SKQ1) contains lipophilic cation TPP, which targets scavenging mitochondrial ROS. HS was (100 nmol/kg/d) interventions, initiated 1 week after surgery, interventions lasted 8 weeks. Cardiac function assessed ultrasound, cardiomyocyte size H&E WGA staining, myocardial fibrosis Masson's tissue oxidative stress apoptosis DHE TUNEL fluorescence respectively. Western blotting detect expression quality control, inflammation, apoptosis-related proteins. In cellular level, an vitro established isolating primary cardiomyocytes from neonatal (2-3 days) intervening with Ang II (1 μM) mimic Oxidative membrane potential determined each JC-1 Myocardial increased significantly cardiac reduced mice. Aerobic intervention improved hypertrophy significantly. Meanwhile, number DHE-positive particles (p < 0.01) inhibited also DRP1, Parkin, BNIP3 protein 0.05, p 0.01), OPA1 PINK1 Moreover, decreased TUNEL-positive inflammation- proteins NLRP3, TXNIP, Caspase-1, IL-1β, BAX, BAK, p53 0.01). addition, AMPK agonist AICAR mitochondria-targeted ROS scavenger ameliorated AngII-induced fragmentation It shown that inhibition exercise, turn inhibits damage, improves reduces inflammatory apoptosis, may be important exerts endogenous protective effects function.
