Neurodegeneration and synaptic loss in Alzheimer's disease (AD) lead to impairment memory functions. Neuroinflammation causes activation of microglia astrocytes cells that locally systemically produces inflammatory cytokines which can serve as early diagnostic markers or therapeutic targets AD. Pro-inflammatory (Interleukins (IL-1β, IL-6 IL-10) tumor necrosis factor (TNF α)) levels were estimated serum, cerebral tissue, hepatic renal tissue treatment groups scopolamine-induced amnesia mice model using ELISA protocol. In this study, a series of novel Schiff base derivatives containing pyrazolone ring (2a-e) were designed, successfully synthesized for the first time, and characterized by elemental analysis some spectroscopic methods. These compounds tested their inhibitory activities on acetylcholinesterase (AChE), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), human carbonic anhydrase isoenzymes I II (hCA II). All molecules indicated significant inhibition effects with IC50 values ranging from 14.15 to 107.62 nM against these enzymes. Compound 2d showed most potent activity among toward AChE BChE (IC50 = 15.07 nM) compared standard drug neostigmine. We determined that ranged between 16.86 57.96 hCA 15.24-46.21 II. As consequence, we may say be used as potential candidates in later studies.

Microneedles (MNs) have recently been found to applications in drug, vitamin, protein and vaccine delivery. Polymeric MN arrays continue attract increasing attention due their capability bypass the skin's stratum corneum (SC) barrier with minimal invasiveness. These carriers can achieve targeted intradermal delivery of drugs vaccines improve transdermal level. As a nontoxic FDA-approved copolymer, polylactic glycolic acid (PLGA) has good biocompatibility biodegradability. Currently, PLGA-based MNs noticeable tendency be utilized as system. This study focuses on most recent advances MNs. Both PLGA nanoparticle-based matrix-based MNs, created for vaccines, drugs, proteins other therapeutic agents, are discussed. The paper also discusses various types potential applications. Finally, prospects challenges reviewed.
