Biomass
derived
from
green
marine
macroalgae
<em>Ulva</em>
sp.
is
considered
a
rich
source
of
bioactive
compounds.
In
the
present
study,
we
demonstrate
increased
bioactivity
phenolic-rich
extract
<em>Ulva
intestinalis</em>
after
its
treatment
with
fungal
laccases
<em>Trametes
versicolor</em>
and
<em>Agaricus
bisporus</em>.
The
phenolic
composition
extract,
before
enzymatic
treatment,
was
determined
through
several
analytical
methods.
Furthermore,
antioxidant,
enzyme-inhibitory,
antimicrobial
cytotoxic
activity
enzymatically
modified
non-modified
extracts
comparatively
investigated.
Depending
on
laccase
used,
enzyme-modified
exhibited
different
content
enhanced
bioactivities
compared
to
non-treated
ones.

antimicrobial,
anti-lipoxygenase
anti-collagenase
activities,
mild
cytotoxicity.
These
results
indicate
that
proposed
biocatalytic
process
could
be
applied

macroalgal
natural

for
their
