Bee products are considered true wonders of nature, used since ancient times, and studied even today for their various biological activities. In this study, we hypothesise that Romanian bee from different origins (micro apiary products, lyophilised forms, commercial) exhibit distinct chemical compositions, influencing An LC-MS analysis revealed varied polyphenolic content patterns, with cumaric acid, ferulic rosmarinic quercitine identified in significant amounts across all samples. Primary anti-inflammatory evaluation phases, including the inhibition haemolysis values protein denaturation, unveiled a range protective effects on red blood cells (RBC) proteins, contingent upon sample concentration. Antimicrobial activity assessments against 12 ATCC strains 6 pathogenic isolates demonstrated varying efficacy, propolis samples showing low royal jelly forms displaying moderate effectiveness, apilarnin exhibiting good inhibitory activity, mostly Gram-positive bacteria. Notably, form emerged as most promising sample, yielding best results activities assessed. Furthermore, molecular docking was employed to elucidate potential compounds these by targeting putative bacterial fungal proteins. Bee venom is a complex natural beekeeping product, traditionally used in apitherapy, with wide spectrum of pharmacological properties. Bee products are an important source of nutrients and bioactive phytochemicals. This study aimed to determine the chemical composition (proximate composition, general phytochemical sugar, phenolic profiles) four different (honey, bee pollen, bread, propolis), obtained from same apiary, as well assess their biological activity through antioxidant enzyme inhibition assays (α-amylase, α-glucosidase, lipase, AchE, neuraminidase, angiotensin-converting enzyme, urease, trypsin, tyrosinase, carbonic anhydrase, thioredoxin reductase, adenosine deaminase). Clear differences were observed among samples in terms both activity. The analysis revealed that pollen exhibited highest carbohydrate content (87.9%), while propolis was identified richest compounds (14,858.9 mg/kg) analyzed samples.
