Human rehabilitation improved significantly after traumas, surgery, or accidental cross-link events with human health. During the last six decades, exoskeletons have played a significant role in activities related to body training and post-trauma surgery treatment, especially gait rehabilitation. The main goal of is restore patients’ physical abilities average by improving monitoring their posture gaining weight. In this paper, classification various types provided, comparison between different lower limb for presents, anatomy, mechanical design, control strategy prototype exoskeleton studies, end, some concluding remarks are stated that may be useful future work. paper concludes conclusions reference list.

Given the growing demands placed on firefighters during rescue operations, there is a needto explore modern technologies that could support their work. One promising solution in this field isthe use of exoskeletons, biomechanical devices reduce physical load wearer. The aim research was to outline current state knowledge reducing physicalload through exoskeletons and identify prospective directions for thecontinuation research. This paper sought provide comprehensive overview theexisting literature worldwide fire service, emphasising theirpotential impact burden faced by firefighters. The focus designissues, principles operation conclusions regarding practical application. Particularattention paid analyses potential health benefits, such as reduced musculoskeletal loadand improved ergonomics. The study outlined picture well indicateddirections further development assist rescueoperations.
