Abstract Objective To examine the effect of acute aerobic exercise at moderate-to-vigorous and light intensity on food reward, appetite sensation, energy intake (EI) in physically inactive adults. Methods Twenty inactive, healthy adults (mean age: 21 ± 3 years) completed two trials (i.e. light-intensity exercise) a randomised, crossover design. Participants performed 40-min cycling bout either 50% or 20% peak power output counterbalanced order. Before after bouts, liking wanting for fat sweet/savoury categories were assessed by Leeds Food Preference Questionnaire, along with subjective ratings state cravings. EI was evaluated ad libitum meals following bouts. Results showed increased implicit high-fat relative to low-fat foods ( p = .04, d rm 0.50) savoury sweet bouts −0.49) without intensity-specific effects. Exercise also led < 0.001, η 2 0.60) cravings 0.44) differences. There no difference between intensities absolute EI, whereas lower −1.56). Conclusion Acute exercise, regardless intensity, may lead sweet-tasting foods, as well enhanced sensation Moderate-to-vigorous does not induce additional exercise.

ABSTRACT Salmonids are important fish species in aquaculture countries the temperate zone. Optimisation of feeding next‐generation precision farming requires developing models for decision support and process control. Purpose Segmenting cheese consumers in Mexico based on their behaviour and lifestyle through the adaptation of Food Related-Lifestyle. Design/methodology/approach A non-probabilistic random sample was used which included over age 18. digital questionnaire developed SURVIO platform, divided into three sections: socio-demographic characteristics, consumption questions food-related adjustment. The Cheese Related-Lifestyle is proposed as a tool to segment consumers. Validation principal component analysis with Varimax rotation, Cronbach’s reliability tests hierarchical cluster analysis, using SPSS 24.0 XLSTAT 2023. Findings total 1,223 completed questionnaire, KMO 0.800, validating (PCA). Ten significant factors were identified, explaining 64.91% variance. groups categorized clusters: Traditionalists, who prefer familiar cheeses well-known brands; Hedonists, value conviviality quality Pragmatists, seek convenience for money. Differences between clusters found purchasing behaviour, preference varieties characteristics. Research limitations/implications data collected via could exclude people less Internet access or little technical knowledge. Practical implications Producers authentic can adapt marketing strategies cater specific preferences different types identified. Social identification consumer highlights diversity values related consumption, suggesting that habits are strongly influenced by cultural social factors. Agouti-related protein (AgRP) is a neuropeptide synthesized by AgRP/NPY neurons and transcribed as 132 amino acids in humans 142 (AgRP1) Japanese seabass ( Lateolabrax maculatus ) fish. AgRP are activated hormonal signals of energy deficits inhibited surpluses have been demonstrated to the ability sense dynamics blood glucose concentrations “glucose sensor” mammals. It widely recognized that an endogenous antagonist melanocortin-3 -4 receptors (MC3R MC4R) hypothalamus, exhibiting potent orexigenic activity control homeostasis. Most fish, especially carnivorous cannot make efficient use carbohydrates. When carbohydrates like corn or wheat bran added sources, they often cause feeding inhibition metabolic diseases. fishmeal replaced plant protein, this does not completely eliminate carbs, limiting utilization proteins aquaculture. Our previous study showed AgRP, Y (NPY) principal molecule correlates well with behavior from anorexia adaptation. The Ghrelin/Leptin-mTOR-S6K1-NPY/AgRP/POMC feed intake regulatory pathway responds plant-oriented which contains glucose. However, its function mechanism still clear.
