Abstract Background: The role of intracranial lymphatic circulation in Parkinson's disease (PD) causes more and concerns nowadays. Results:Both ePD aPD higher than HC (p<0.001, p=0.019). For index, showed lower (p=0.001). And both (p<0.001, p=0.022). Correlation revealed a negative association between H-Y scale (p=0.04), then ratio positively correlated age (p=0.01). Conclusion:The changes may elucidated dysfunction potential relationship warrants further in-depth investigation.
