Objective: To investigate whether long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) Gm8097 (LncGm8097) is associated with male infertility. Methods: The expression and bilogical role of LncGm8097 were investigated. Results: was down-regulated in the testis tissues moderate severe hypospermatogenesis compared those normal spermatogenesis mild (<i>p</i><0.05). down-regulation significantly promoted apoptosis inhibited proliferation GC1 GC2 cells. In addition, mouse model correlated cell proliferation. located immediately upstream PRPS2, Bcl-2/P53/caspase 6/caspase 9 signal pathway. Conclusion: correlates hypospermatogenesis, which may offer new insights into pathogenesis infertility.

Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor of the female reproductive system, with very poor prognosis and high mortality rates. Chemotherapy radiotherapy are most common treatments for ovarian cancer, unsatisfactory results. Exosomes subpopulation extracellular vesicles, which have diameter approximately 30–100 nm secreted by many different types cells in various body fluids. highly stable effective carriers immunotherapeutic drugs. Recent studies shown that exosomes involved cellular responses microenvironment, influencing development therapeutic efficacy exhibiting dual roles inhibiting promoting development. also contain variety genes related to immunotherapy could be potential biomarkers diagnosis prognosis. Undoubtedly, great field immunotherapy. However, translation this idea clinic has not occurred. Therefore, it important understand how used regulate progression. In review, we summarize fluids mechanisms influence response. We discuss prospects clinical application exosome-based cancer.

Ovarian cancer (OC) is often diagnosed in its advanced stages with many patients suffering from recurrence.Relapse frequent after standard treatment leading to platinum resistance and poor prognosis patients.Several studies have reported that immune status inflammatory factors, such as Interleukin-17D (IL-17D), are major players the of malignant tumors.IL-17 family an important pro-inflammatory cytokine family, which mediates immunosuppression promotes tumor progression. Our previous exploration revealed promoting role IL-17D expression occurrence development ovarian carcinoma, but specific mechanism remains unclear. In this study, we investigated effects rhIL-17D on proliferation, migration invasion human carcinoma cell SKOV3 vitro. In addition, also detected effect programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) cells possible mechanism. We found accelerated proliferation rate, enhanced penetration ability, promoted PD-L1.After knockdown P65 expression, the activated form NF-κB, cells, activity, migration, were significantly reduced. And PD-L1 decreased. In summary, believe can accelerate enhance abilities induce by regulating activation NF-κB pathway.Down-regulation microenvironment may be a new approach inhibit cancer.
