Dedifferentiated
liposarcoma
(DDLP)
was
initially
defined
as
a
tumor
containing
differentiated
and
distinct
regions
of
nonlipogenic
spindle
cell
or
pleomorphic
sarcoma.
Retroperitoneal
liposarcomas
feature
characteristic
appearance
with
predominantly
fatty
component,
cystic

rare.

case
retroperitoneal
DDLP
consisting
multilocular
cysts.A
77-year-old
man
previously
visited
doctor
because
an
echo
scan
unexpectedly
revealed
abdominal
tumor.
Contrast
computed
tomography
(CT)

spanning

the
left
upper
abdomen
to
retroperitoneum,

marginated
soft
tissue
structures
were

aorta,

cava,
pancreas,

mass.
