Abstract Objectives To identify the factors associated with FCR in young- and middle-aged patients lung cancer (LC) by applying social-ecological mode through a cross-sectional study design. Methods A total of 16 5 aged 18–64 years at diagnosis, were recruited to completed Fear Progression Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF), Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale, Fatigue Inventory, Hospital Anxiety Depression scale. Self-reported questionnaires electronic medical records used for collecting sociodemographic clinical variables. Multiple linear regression analyses showed that intrapersonal level including female ( p < 0.001), illness perception 0.01), fatigue (p interpersonal only child 0.01) social support factor social-economic working status( 0.000), independent predictors FCR. Conclusions influence LC.We suggest screening early detection based on above predictors. Meanwhile, multidimensional perspectives, intrapersonal, interpersonal, levels, should be develop comprehensive management strategies.
