Objective: The fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) is a generalized psychological problem among patients and their spouses. purpose this study to investigate the current status breast spouses, as well its predictive factors. Methods: A total 155 partners between March 2022 Feb 2023 were selected from Affiliated Hospital Jiangnan University. survey was investigated by progression questionnaire-short form (FoP‑Q‑SF), questionnaire‐short for (FoP‐Q‐SF/P), family resilience questionnaire (FaRE), health literacy management scale (HeLMS). Predictors assessed using univariate multivariable regression analyses. Results: 52.9% (n=82) 51.6% (n=80) spouses experienced high levels (FCR). Adolescents and young adults with cancer experience high levels of fear recurrence (FCR), negatively impacting their lives. However, no measure has been validated worldwide to assess FCR among these people. This study aims validate the FCR7, a scale that measures FCR, for Portuguese population adolescents adults. Ninety-two participants were recruited online. They primarily women (83.7%) mean age 26.01 years at recruitment 19.38 diagnosis, variety diagnoses previous treatments. Introduction In recent years, fear of disease progression (FoP) has become one the most common psychological problems in cancer patients. However, there are fewer studies on FoP patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Patients with oral cancer frequently experience a substantial symptom burden, especially during the preoperative phase, which is typically marked by increased anxiety, pain, and functional impairments. This study aimed to construct contemporaneous networks investigate experiences of patients in China. employed mixed-methods design that integrated cross-sectional qualitative research.
