This study aimed to translate and validate the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy – Head & Neck (FACT-HN) in a Serbian-speaking population, assessing its psychometric properties utility evaluating quality life head neck cancer patients. The research focuses on determining translated questionnaire's reliability, validity, cultural relevance. A total 106 patients completed FACT-HN, along with other validated instruments, including EORTC QLQ-C30, QLQ-HN43, CES-D, GAD-7. translation followed standard internationally accepted procedure. Psychometric analyses were conducted using confirmatory exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlations, reliability measures such as Cronbach's alpha intraclass correlation coefficients. Serbian version FACT-HN showed excellent internal consistency across all subscales, ranging from 0.70 0.89. Confirmatory analysis confirmed five-factor structure. Strong correlations observed between QoL measures, particularly QLQ-C30 QLQ-HN43. Convergent validity was satisfactory for components except Social Well-Being component. is valid reliable tool It provides comprehensive assessment physical, social, emotional, functional well-being, making it valuable clinical applications populations. Further needed assess sensitivity longitudinal treatment-related changes.

(3) Results: Of 72 patients, 51 completed all questionnaires over A variable deterioration scores detected treatment. Most items worsened significantly during year improved year. Advanced-stage cancer definitive chemoradiotherapy showed worst scores. At years, patients who underwent surgery adjuvant radiation therapy/chemotherapy had better global emotional functioning compared those treated chemoradiotherapy, also reported problems sticky salivation dry mouth.
