tumors
(PTs)

rare
stromal
neoplasms
originating
in

connective
tissue

We
present
the
case
of
a
46-year-old
patient
who
arrived
at
emergency
department
with
chest
pain
following
an
episode
vomiting.
The
diagnosis
was
Boerhaave
syndrome
and
acute
mediastinitis.
Due
to
prompt
presentation
location
rupture
in
lower
esophagus,
surgical
intervention
performed,
including
esophageal
suturing,
mediastinal
drainage,
jejunostomy
for
feeding.
Postoperatively,
transferred
intensive
care
unit

monitoring
support.
