Cancer
has
a
high
mortality
rate

and

biopsy
remains
gold
standard
for
tumor
diagnosis
due
to
its
level
of
laboratory
standardization,

consistency
results,
relatively
stable
samples,
accuracy
results.
However,
there
are
still
many
limitations
drawbacks
in
application
tumor.
The
emergence

provides
new
ideas

prognosis

with
biopsy,

including
non-invasive,
quickly

on.
Currently,

attention.

Abstract
Circulating
tumor
cells
(CTCs)
are
cancer

As
one

biomarkers,

have

potential

Although

still
pose
huge
challenges
