Abstract Background To explore the value of a multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based deep learning model for preoperative prediction Ki67 expression in prostate cancer (PCa). Single-cell transcriptomics identified cell subpopulation (NB3) two tumor-associated macrophage (TAM) subpopulations (SPP1+ TAMs IGHM+ TAMs) closely associated highlighted transketolase (TKT) as key molecular marker metastatic progression in NB.
