Hydrogel has been widely used in modern biotherapeutics due to its excellent biocompatibility, degradability, and high drug loading capacity. Among them, the construction of a phototherapy system including photosensitizer hydrogel aroused great interest tumor therapy. Unfortunately, complex modifications are necessary integrate different photosensitizers into hydrogel. In this work, an injectable was proposed by Schiff base reaction between HA-CHO carbon dots (CDs), which can realize PTT simultaneously. Notably, CDs with rich −NH2 be not only as but also efficient cross-linking agent for form network. The CD@Hydrogel outstanding biosafety showed antitumor effect after 660 nm laser irradiation vitro vivo experiments. summary, PDT synergistic treatment under one light source act react hydrogel, is simple efficient, providing new strategy cancer phototherapy.

Osteosarcoma (OS) is one of the most common malignant bone tumors. Plasmacytoma variant translocation 1 (PVT1) a well-known oncogenic long noncoding RNA (lncRNA). However, to date, regulatory mechanism PVT1 upregulation in OS remains unknown.qRT-PCR was carried out test expression level and ALKBH5. immunoprecipitation (RIP) pull-down assays were performed detect interaction with ALKBH5 YTHDF2. Methylated immune-precipitation (MeRIP) used examine N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification transcript. In this study, we found that upregulated tissues cells significantly related clinical stage, tumor size, prognosis patients OS. Further investigation revealed demethylase could associate suppress its degradation. decreased m6A PVT1, thus inhibiting binding reader protein YTHDF2 PVT1. Functionally, ALKBH5-mediated promoted cell proliferation vitro growth vivo. Our study suggests contributes tumorigenesis.

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are considered as the major cause to tumor initiation, recurrence, metastasis, and drug resistance, driving poor clinical outcomes in patients. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged crucial regulators cancer development progression. However, limited lncRNAs involved CSCs been reported. The novel lncROPM (a regulator of phospholipid metabolism) breast (BCSCs) was identified by microarray validated qRT-PCR BCSCs from tissues. The significance evaluated two cohorts TANRIC database (TCGA-BRCA, RNAseq data). Gain- loss-of-function assays were performed examine role on both vitro vivo. regulatory mechanism investigated bioinformatics, RNA FISH, pull-down, luciferase reporter assay, actinomycin D treatment. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the main fatal cancers. Cell signaling such as Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator transcription (JAK/STAT) substantially influences process gene expression cell growth. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play regulatory roles in signaling, proliferation, fate. Hence, lncRNAs can be considered biomarkers The inhibitory or activating effects different on JAK/STAT pathway regulate proliferation tumor suppression. Additionally, immune responses which a role immunotherapy. Mechanisms CRC via regulation mainly include invasion, metastasis, apoptosis, adhesion, control inflammation. More profound findings are warranted to specifically target terms activation suppression hindering proliferation. Here, understand lncRNA cross-talk through pathway, we collected related vitro vivo data.
