Aim . The current review aims to explore postoperative neurological complications in third molar extractive surgery. Materials and Methods PRISMA protocols were followed when conducting this review. We found a total of 2,250 articles that matched our topic using the Boolean keywords, mandibular nerve AND oral surgery, from PubMed (1,083), Scopus (435), Web Science (732), with filters English language articles, time range January 1, 2003, September 30, 2023, human studies. After 762 duplicates eliminated, there remained 1,488 articles. Eleven final deemed highest relevance by eliminating animals, non‐English language, reviews, meta‐analysis, off‐topic. A potential risk extraction was temporary loss sensibility often caused mild compression or irritation nerve. This typically resolves within weeks months, but severe cases, recovery might take longer. Permanent sensation can occur, indicating significant damage lasting effects on touch, temperature, pain perception. Aim: To evaluate and compare the shear bond strength (SBS) of glass ionomer cement (GIC) to primary teeth dentin pretreated with silver diamine fluoride (SDF) sodium (NaF) varnish. Materials Methods: A total 50 non carious human molars were used in this study. The prepared expose a flat surface, ensuring comparability across samples. samples then randomly divided into two groups. Group I: surface was 38% SDF.
