ABSTRACT
Female
sex
workers
as
mothers
are
disproportionately
disadvantaged
and
experience
myriad
intersecting
vulnerabilities,
including
poverty,
physical
mental
health
challenges,
limited
access
to
care
providers,
stigma
discrimination,
substance
use,
histories
of
trauma.
These
risks
elevate
the
potential
for
negative
developmental
outcomes
their
children.
To
date,
little
information
exists
on
contextual
familial
dynamics

Abstract
Background
Individuals
with
fetal
alcohol
spectrum
disorders
(FASD)
experience
heightened
rates
of
childhood
trauma
and
adversity.
Research
has
examined
the
negative
impact
adverse
experiences
have
on
developmental
outcomes.

study
aims
to
take
field

step
further
by
examining

traumatic
events,
including
duration,
perpetrator,
whether
event
significantly

Objetivo:
