E-commerce marketplace platforms have evolved into integral digital intermediaries that shape online transactions in competitive environments. Companies continuously endeavor to improve e-service quality, customer satisfaction, and e-trust gain a advantage. This study aimed identify the relationships between e-trust, continuous usage intention e-commerce platforms. Moreover, this examined roles of satisfaction as mediators. We estimated nine hypothesized using structural equation modeling technique. Data from 311 users were used data analysis. The results are follows: First, quality significantly positively affects intention. Second, has significant positive impact on Third, Finally, both serve mediating factors relationship These insights hold strategic importance for platform operators, allowing them formulate service strategies policies tailored enhance user experience, foster trust, drive continued usage, thereby strengthening their market position ensuring sustained success.

This study explores the adoption of blockchain technology within Ethiopian National Quality Infrastructure (NQI). Data from 178 professionals representing various organizations and roles were collected to investigate key factors. By integrating Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, external factors (Technology Compatibility, Relative Advantage, Government Support, Policy) internal (perceived usefulness, perceived ease use, intention use) examined. A dual-stage analytical approach involving partial least square-based structural equation model (PLS-SEM) artificial neural network (ANN) analyses was employed. The findings emphasize significance technological compatibility, top management support as determinants in NQI. Particularly, compatibility existing system emerges most influential factor adopting enhances understanding NQI context, providing valuable insights for successful implementation. It contributes knowledge this area offers practical implications quality infrastructure management.

This study aims to explore the effect of e-servicescape on emotional response and revisit intention customers in an internet shopping mall (ISM) environment. The literature was reviewed e-servicescape, response, mall. A relevant model hypothesis were established. For empirical study, a survey form developed conducted 150 with experience using certain ISM. Reliability analysis confirmatory factor performed SPSS 27.0 Amos 26.0 software, causal relationships identified through structural equation modeling (SEM). Study results implications discussed suggested. Among factors ISM, aesthetics surrounding elements did not have significant responses, spatial functionality showed positive responses. Aesthetics had weak negative intention. Surrounding no importance ISM environment especially emphasized presented several suggestions corporate managers regarding development management future other similar business settings.
