Automotive manufacturers are presently encountering numerous challenges, including disruptions in the supply chain and concerns regarding sustainability. They adapting to evolving consumer preferences for vehicle features performance. Fused filament fabrication is one of additive manufacturing techniques that will novelly address these issues with rapid prototyping, custom part production, intricate designs, lightweight yet strong components, reducing assembly time complex functional parts. This study aims examine influence process parameters, specifically nozzle diameter (0.2, 0.4, 0.6 mm) internal filling pattern (triangular, honeycomb, rectilinear), on structural behaviour, namely impact, compression, flexural different polymer composites through fused fabrication. Abstract The quest to synthesize safe, non-hazardous Ag–ZnO nanoomposites (NCs) with improved physical and chemical properties has necessitated green synthesis approaches. In this research, Launaea cornuta leaf extract was proposed for the of NCs, wherein used as a reducing capping agent. antibacterial activity prepared investigated against Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus through disc diffusion method. influence temperature, pH, precursor concentration on NCs antimicrobial efficacy were investigated. nanoparticles characterized by ATR-FTIR, XRD, UV–Vis, FESEM, TEM. FTIR results indicated presence secondary metabolites in which assisted nanoparticles. XRD confirmed successful crystalline an average particle size 21.51 nm. SEM TEM images synthesized be spherical shape. optimum conditions at 70 °C, pH 7, 8% silver. Antibacterial show have higher microbial inhibition E. than S. aureu s zones 21 ± 1.08 19.67 0.47 mm, respectively. Therefore, suggest that can NCs.
